Asian Rainbow Salad

Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce

2 cups red cabbage

2-3 green onions

1 cup shredded carrots

1 small red pepper

½ cup Salad Pizazz!® Asian Sesame Ginger

Dressing: Asian Vinaigrette or Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing

Optional: grilled chicken

Directions

Wash & chop cabbage and lettuce and place in a large serving bowl.

Slice green onions and red pepper into small bite-sized pieces. Add to bowl along with shredded carrots and Salad Pizazz!® Asian Sesame Ginger.

Drizzle with dressing. Top with grilled chicken for added protein and serve.
