Butter Lettuce Sunflower Salad

Ingredients

5-6 cups Butter lettuce

4 radishes, thinly sliced

2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced

¼ cup Salad Pizazz!® Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels

Salt & pepper

Green Goddess dressing or a simple vinaigrette

Vinaigrette Dressing:

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 T Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

3 T white wine vinegar

1 T honey or maple syrup

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, sliced radishes and cucumbers.

Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the salad.

Add the Salad Pizazz!® Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels and toss before serving.
