Honey & Rosemary Carrots

1 lb. medium carrots with tops, trimmed and halved lengthwise*
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
Coarse salt & freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
⅔ cup Salad Pizazz!® Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
Heat oven to 425°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange carrots on pan; drizzle with oil, honey, salt and pepper. Roast about 30 minutes or until carrots are tender and browned. Serve sprinkled with rosemary, lemon peel, and Salad Pizazz!® Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds.
*Or cut carrots diagonally into 2-inch pieces.
